Freezer meat is based on availability and sold by the quarter, half or whole animal. Freezer meat is sold based on the hanging weight with the buyer paying all processing costs. 


Whole, half or quarter beef

For quarter, half or whole animal, all meat is processed to your specifications. We will let you know about animal availability and if the timeframe is acceptable we will accept a deposit. If you are interested, we will send you a document with additional detail.

There may be a wait for an animal to be ready, so if you are interested please let us know early. 

All pricing based on hanging weight. I am now set up to accept credit cards and Venmo as well as cash or check. 

Smaller Quantities

Based on availability, I also sell bundles of meat and customize the cut mix as much as possible. A typical bundle would be 30 or more pounds with the cuts in the same proportion as a whole animal would be.

2022 Grass Fed Freezer Beef Pricing (all prices per pound based on  hanging weight wieght with the customer paying for processing)

Whole grass fed beef: $4.10 per pound 

Half grass fed beef: $4.20 per pound 

Quarter grass fed beef: $4.40 per pound

Grain finished beef pricing and availability is uncertain at this time. I am putting people who express interest on a waiting list, once a decision has been made I will provide them an update. It all depends on how the animals grow and if I can get appointments at the processor.

Hanging weight includes additional fat and bone you don't take home. For beef it is about 35% heavier than than take home weight, but varies depending on how the animal is processed. We want you to know what you are getting with no surprises. Ask if you have any questions!
